Better Bad Food: Not the best option, but better than eating something that is worse.
Chobani flips are on my better bad food list because I would much rather see you eat these than, Oreos, donuts, cookies, cakes, ice cream and many other food items. These are still not 100% clean eating so they should be used sparingly.
