Cacao Super Food Smoothie

This super food smoothie is filled with tons of nutrients that your body will love your for. Unfortunately everything that is healthy for you doesn’t always look appetizing, but hopefully you can over look the appearance;and focus on the health benefits. Today is world health day 04/07/2016 and the perfect day for you to learn about several supplements that will boost your immune system as well as several other benefits. Below you will find several of my favorite supplement smoothie additives as well as their benefits and how to combine them to your favorite smoothie.

Fit With Curves Super Food SmoothieTatiana’s Cacao Super Food Smoothie

  • 1 tsp of Lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp of GAIA Maca Powder
  • 2 cups of unsweetened organic almond milk without carrageenan (read the label)
  • 4 packets of monk in the raw natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp of Sun Food Raw Organic cacao nibs
  • 1tsp of cacao powder
  • 1 serving of Now Sports Pea Protein
  • 1 serving of Organic Hemp Pro Fiber
  • blend all together until smooth and drink
  • 1/2 cup of ice

Directions:

Blend altogether until smooth and enjoy.

Cacao Nibs: helps to fight cardiovascular disease, contains potassium, great source of fiber,  great source of magnesium which helps in blood glucose and blood pressure regulation.

Cacao Powder: potent in antioxidants which is great for stabilizing and destroying radicals in your body. Flavinoids have great benefits to your cardiovascular health, The Linus Pauling Institute indicates that flavonoid antioxidants such as those found in cacao might interfere with the development of cancer.

Always remember that some of the healthiest ingredients for your body might not taste or look the best at first, but your taste buds and eyes will adjust. Adding the monk fruit sweetener is a great at adding a flavor to any smoothie.
