Tatiana Scott Founder and President has authored numerous blogs as well as built a following on all social media platforms with her daily post regarding meal prepping, working out with the proper form, implementing her PPE to success, Plan Prepare and Execute and her many before and after pictures from several of her clients that she has helped achieve their health and fitness goals. As a healthy lifestyle coach, Tatiana is known for her results driven natural approach to health and fitness, her various style of workouts from weight training, to yoga style movements, as well as high intensity interval training style workouts. She has been featured on several blogs such as Curvaceous Redemption, Black Doctor, The Lee and Kin Show, and Daily Venus Diva.
In 2014 she created and lead “Curvy Blast” a group fitness class for women 18 and up that focused on increasing their cardiovascular strength all while building and toning problem areas.
Tatiana is no stranger to hard work and the mental strength that has to go into achieving the body and health one desires. As someone who has to constantly work at keeping a healthy weight in 2012 she decided to challenge herself by losing over 50 lbs. in a little over 5 months to compete in her very first fitness competition. She is able to use the tips and tools she gained in this process to help her clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Tatiana studied and has held a degree in Human Kinetics for over 7 years, she went on to study dietetics at The University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, where she completed a B.A. in Organizational Development. She has also studied for several certifications in the health and fitness field including a Nutrition Specialist Certification.
Growing up in a household where unhealthy eating was the norm and was the reward for doing everything good around the house, Tatiana the skinniest child in her household soon began to gain weight after high school. With Diabetes and high blood pressure affecting both sides of her family she knew that she would have to change her lifestyle if she wanted quality of life. She adopted a healthy lifestyle, fell in love with fitness and has since then changed her life. When her mother had her toe amputated at the end of 2011 from diabetes, she has been on a mission to not only help others live a healthier lifestyle, but to help society understand that health starts on the inside. Growing up in a household where everything was surrounded by food she has set out to help others understand the importance of eating healthy and adopting a healthy lifestyle. She wants society to understand that a size 0 doesn’t necessarily mean healthy just like a size 22 doesn’t.
